校史
本校前身為「陸軍第一士官學校」，奉先總統　蔣公之命，創立於民國四十六年二月ㄧ日，初期以召訓部隊優秀士官兵；至民國五十四年開設新制「常備士官班」，招考初中畢業學生，施以兩年比敘高中教育及半年軍事教育。

民國七十五年納編金門第二士官學校，正名為「陸軍士官學校」，八十二年精進士官學校，將常備士官兩年普通高中教育改制為三年，並開辦士官長正規班。

民國八十七年七月一日改制綜合高中嗣後於八十九年十月一日正式更名為「國立陸軍高級中學」，並奉命陸續開辦士官軍售英儲班、國軍第二專長技職教育班等班隊，士官之養成、進修、技職等教育體制概已成形。

民國94年8月1日奉教育部核定升格，正式更名為「陸軍專科學校」，同時將學校教育行政、老師、隊職幹部組建為優質的戰鬥團隊，致力打造陸軍專科學校成為一所蘊含「人文素養」的優質軍事學府，為國家培育更多優秀的幹部與戰士。

奠定士官軍事基層領導地位，為國軍培育允文允武、術德兼修之現代化士官。
統整本軍士官專科教育資源，提昇教育品質。
提供適性課程，協助學生適性發展。
漸次培養學生取得語文、資訊及專業國家證照。

I am a Noncommissioned officer, a leader of soldiers.
身為士官，我了解我是一個具有光榮傳統團隊中的一員，而此團隊以陸軍骨幹著稱。
As a Noncommissioned officer, I realize that I am a member of a time-honored corps, which is known as “the Backbone of the Army.”
我以士官團隊為傲，無論身處何種環境，
我的一言一行都以團隊、軍隊及國家的信譽為念。
I am proud of the corps of Noncommissioned officers and will at all times conduct myself so as to bring credit upon the corps, the military and my country regardless of the situation in which I find myself.
我不會利用階級地位去享樂、獲取利益或苟且偷安。
I will not use my grade or position to attain pleasure,profit or personal safety.
能力是我的座右銘。
Competence is my watchword.
我心中至高的兩條基本責任是達成使命及維護士兵福祉。
My two basic responsibilities will always be uppermost in my mine - accomplishment
of my mission and the welfare of my soldiers.
我將為精進專業技能及戰術奮鬥不懈。
I will strive to remain technically and tactically proficient.
我完全了解身為士官的職份。
I am aware of my role as a Noncommissioned officer.

我會實現這個職份之固有責任。
I will fulfill my responsibilities inherent in that role.
所有士兵都應享有優質的領導，而我就是提供此種領導的不二人選。
All soldiers are entitled to outstanding leadership; I will provide that leadership.
我了解我的士兵，並且永遠以他們的需要為首要考量。
I know my soldiers and I will always place their needs above my own.
我會持續與我的士兵溝通，並事事告知。
I will communicate consistently with my soldiers and never leave them uninformed.
賞罰之際，我會公正無私，不偏不倚。
I will be fair and impartial and recommending both rewards and punishment.
在我所屬單位內的軍官會有最多時間完成他們的任務，且不需負擔我份內的工作。
Offices of my unit will have maximum time to accomplish their duties; they will not have to accomplish mine.
我將贏得他們的敬重與信任，如同士兵敬重與信任我一般。
I will earn their respect and confidence as well as that of my soldiers.
我忠於我的長官、同儕和部屬。
I will be loyal to those with whom I serve; senior, peers and subordinates alike.
在沒有命令時我會主動判斷情勢採取適當的行動。
I will exercise initiative by taking appropriate action in the absence of orders.
我堅守信實和道德勇氣，決不妥協。
I will not compromise my integrity, nor my moral courage.
更不容許自己或同志們遺忘：我們是專業士官，是領導者！
I will not forget, nor will I allow my comrades to forget that we are professionals,
Noncommissioned officers, leaders.
